AI visibility plan terms

Who this is between

These terms cover the monthly AI visibility plans provided by Lekker Marketing, Ilfracombe, North Devon ("I", "me"), and the business that signs up ("you"). They apply from the date your first month starts.

What you get each month

On the Monitoring and essentials plan, £200 a month:

• Your key customer questions tracked across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
• A monthly report, sent by the fifth working day of the month.
• Up to 2 fixes a month, either supplied to you or made directly where you have given access.

On the Monitoring and growth plan, £600 a month:

• A wider set of customer questions tracked across the same four tools.
• A monthly report, sent by the fifth working day of the month.
• Up to 6 fixes a month.
• Your Google Business Profile kept in line with your website.
• One new answer-led page a month.
• A 20-minute call each month.

A "fix" is one discrete piece of work, such as correcting your Google Business Profile, rewriting a page section to answer a question, or adding structured data. Anything larger is quoted and agreed before it starts.

What I cannot promise

AI tools decide their own answers. They change them without notice, they vary between users and sessions, and they do not publish how they choose what to name. I cannot guarantee that your business will appear in any answer, or that it will stay there.

What I do guarantee is the work: the same questions asked every month, recorded honestly, and the agreed fixes carried out. If a month shows no movement, the report will say so.

Payment

• Plans are billed monthly in advance. The first payment is due before the first month's tracking starts.
• Prices exclude VAT.
• Invoices are payable within 14 days.
• If an invoice is more than 30 days late, I may pause tracking and reporting until it is settled.

Notice and cancelling

• Plans run month to month. There is no minimum term beyond the notice period.
• Either of us can end the plan by giving two months notice in writing, by email.
• You pay for those two months, and the work continues through them as normal.
• If I end the plan, I will finish the current month's report and hand over your tracked questions.

Your data

• I hold what you give me at onboarding, your tracked questions, the monthly results, and any access you grant.
• Your reports and tracked question lists are yours. You can ask for a copy at any time.
• I delete your data 90 days after your plan ends, apart from invoices and records I have to keep for tax.
• I do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, other than the tools used to do the work.
• Results from your tracking may be used anonymously in published research, with nothing that identifies you or your business.

Access and changes to your website

• If you asked me to make changes directly, you will give me an editor-level login. I will only change what we have agreed, and I will tell you what I changed in the monthly report.
• If your own web person applies the changes, I will send them in a form they can use. Where changes are not applied, the tracking continues but results are unlikely to move.
• You remain responsible for your website, hosting and backups.
• You confirm you have the right to give me the access you give me.

Working alongside others

This plan sits alongside any SEO, PR or marketing support you already have. I will not duplicate or undercut their work, and I am happy for the monthly report to be shared with them.

Liability

I will do this work with reasonable care and skill. I am not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses, and my total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid me in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, I will tell you by email at least one month before the change applies. If you do not want the change, you can give notice as above.
